What The Interim Accounting Manager Will Do...
The Interim Accounting Manager will produce accurate and timely financial reports for Orlando.
The Interim Accounting Manager will perform month-end closing activities.
The Interim Accounting Manager will assist in any special projects as called upon by the CFO or Director of Accounting & Finance.
The Interim Accounting Manager will work with department heads in division locations to produce budgets and forecasts accurately every week.
Pose as liaison for all accounting questions for each department within the division and the corporate office.Manage properties and vendors in a service-oriented role.
What The Company Needs In An Interim Accounting Manager
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3+ years of Corporate accounting in a Commercial Real Estate
MRI experience (++)
Good communication skills, desire to grow, and ability to improve processes.
