Immediate need Accounting Manager
PrideStaff Financial is seeking an

Accounting Manager

for a local non-profit cultural organization based in Palm Beach, Florida that provides cultural and educational programs and enriches lives through the arts.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and budgeting
Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and all internal controls
Create and distribute accurate financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Monitor cash flows and forecast future financial needs
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Skills Required:
Bachelor's

degree in Accounting or Finance required

5+ years of experience in accounting management

Payroll

Proficient in

Blackbaud

Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge

experience a

MUST

Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
Analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities to address complex financial issues collaboratively
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities to manage priorities effectively
Meticulous attention to accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and accounting standards
Ability to distribute clear, concise and meaningful financial reports
