    Job Title: Leasing Coordinator
    Department/Team: Lease Marketing Department, Atlanta Regionalization Pilot Team
    Reporting To: Lease Market Manager (DFW)
    Location: Atlanta, GA (Expected to work in-office)
    Type: Full-time

    Job Purpose/Objective:
    The Leasing Coordinator plays a crucial role in implementing a local leasing presence within the Atlanta market. Tasked with managing contracted listing agents, this role is responsible for overseeing their performance, providing training, and facilitating onboarding. Additionally, the Leasing Coordinator will pilot the role of an inside listing agent to evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of in-house leasing. Reporting to the Lease Market Manager in DFW, the coordinator will collaborate with the Atlanta pod team and other stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the performance of local listing agents, providing support and guidance.
    2. Conduct training sessions for external listing agents and oversee their onboarding process.
    3. Further refine Listing Agent processes and procedures by refining SOPs/SLAs.
    4. Pilot the role of an inside listing agent, evaluating its viability and cost-effectiveness.
    5. Report leasing insights and updates to the Lease Market Manager in DFW.
    6. Collaborate with local pod teams to share leasing-related information.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    1. Hold a valid real estate license in Georgia.
    2. 1-3 years of experience as a listing agent, with a preference for rental listing experience.
    3. Familiarity with local real estate market trends and rental regulations.
    4. Understanding of property management processes and best practices.
    5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    6. Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and relevant tools.
    7. Knowledge of marketing principles to effectively promote and advertise rental listings.

    Reporting Structure:
    The Leasing Coordinator will report directly to the Lease Market Manager in DFW and will collaborate closely with the local Atlanta pod team.

    Collaboration and Communication:
    This role involves regular collaboration with the local pod team in Atlanta and reporting leasing insights to the Lease Market Manager in DFW. Effective communication skills are crucial.

    Performance Metrics:
    Success in this role will be measured by average days rent-ready, rent growth metrics, secret shop scores for listing agents, and positive survey responses regarding the leasing experience.

    Work Environment:
    The Leasing Coordinator will work in a collaborative environment, expected to go to the Atlanta office and engage with other teams for leasing insights.

    Regulatory Compliance:
    An active real estate license in Georgia is required for this role.
