Your tasks:

  • Independent handling of projects in the field of facility management
  • Coordination of objectrelated facility services and external company management
  • Establishment and implementation of a digital FM system (CAFM)
  • Creation of framework guidelines for object managers for inspection lists, monthly reports, etc.
  • Processing of tenders and participation in the preparation of offers
  • Carrying out tasks in the field of energy and sustainability management

Requirements:


You have completed studies or a technical or commercial training with an additional qualification in the field of facility management.

You have basic knowledge of the requirements for operating a building and have initial experience in handling cross-trade projects.
