Job Title: MTC Operations Director - NorAm
As the Operations Director at Eurest, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing all hospitality and technology services for the MTC across North America. This includes managing engagements, catering, event planning, and being the primary contact with clients and key stakeholders.
You'll work closely with the Vice President of Operations and client representatives to ensure service-level agreements are met, program execution aligns with the MTC vision, and collaborate on business strategies and operational planning.
Your responsibilities will involve leading and developing your team to enhance stakeholder experiences, maintaining strong relationships, and driving business performance through budget management and KPIs.
