    Liberty1 Financial is seeking a full-time Director of HR Operations in Irvine, California

    About the Role:

Magazines Fastest Growing Companies/ Pacific region We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of HR Operations to lead our human resources department and PEO relationship. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR management, committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • This is an in office position in our offices in Irvine, Ca.
    • Work in close concert with our PEO provider to manage a staff of 75 employees and growing
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
    • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
    • Nurture a positive working environment.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
    Job Qualifications
    • Proven working experience as HR Director or other senior HR roles.
    • Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
    • High School or Degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • SHIRM certification is a plus.
