    Sales Account Manager – Life Sciences

    Our client, a leading pioneer in developing eco-friendly packaging solutions, is currently looking for a skilled Sales Account Manager to boost their sales performance, expand their market presence in the life sciences industry, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales initiatives to surpass quarterly targets and enhance company profitability.
    • Establish new client connections and expand current accounts, particularly in the life sciences sector.
    • Engage with customers, offer customized solutions, and conduct training sessions.
    • Create and implement key account strategies, aligning sales with overall business goals.
    • Collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Manage accounts diligently, including inventory and pipeline monitoring.
    • Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and planning sessions.
    • Negotiate long-term contracts to strengthen business relationships.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field, preferably with a focus on life sciences.
    • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, ideally in life sciences or related industries.
    • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven sales track record.
    • Bilingual skills are a bonus.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
