- Creates value propositions and partners with stakeholders to establish Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- Identifies and communicates risks, business opportunities, and dependencies to the client
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with the client, team members, and partner organizations
- Coaches and serves as a subject matter expert for client product owners
- Experience working with APIs and technology used as APIs are developed or previous professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Architect, Software Engineer, or product manager who has worked closely with DevOps Engineers.
- Experience with data management and data exchanges.
- Demonstrated experience as a product owner or product manager.
- Experience sharing knowledge across a multi-disciplinary team and working within agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting the delivery, ongoing success, and continuous improvement of digital products and/or platforms.
- Experience deeply understanding client/end user's needs and conveying those needs to the team(s).
- Experience translating requirements into epics and user stories to populate, manage, prioritize, and groom the product backlog.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences.
- Extensive knowledge of product ownership roles and a solid understanding of ownership gaps.
- Ability to operate and manage work, strategically reason, build relationships, and influence others.
- Ability to successfully acquire Public Trust Clearance before start of position.
- Ability to successfully acquire CDC Clearance after beginning position
- Experience consulting in product management.
- Product management experience in local, state, or federal government contracting and/or consulting.

The Product Manager II is the central team hub supporting strategic and tactical product activities
They are responsible for establishing and communicating the product's long-term vision and strategy and how it supports and achieves the client's goals and initiatives

Team members automatically progress within a salary range through annual increases (given to reward service at Fearless) or merit increases (given to reward and individual's demonstrated performance and growth within the position)
Fearless team members are also eligible for discretionary bonuses based on company performance

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified as a part of our annual salary range review.
NC Residents:
$92,799 (min) - $120,639 (mid) - $148,478 (max)
DC Residents:
$109,503 (min) - $142,354(mid) - $175,204 (max)
CA & NY Residents:
$113,215(min) - $147,179 (mid) - $181,143 (max) Within the range, starting pay for team members is based on the evaluation of the alignment with the position description requirements including job-related skills and experience or training
