- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Experience providing administrative support for executive-level personnel internal and external to the organization;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to execute routine/repeated tasks independently and in a timely manner;
- Ability to prioritize tasking based on general guidance given from leadership;
- Manage all logistics associated with visits;
- Extensive experience with Microsoft tools, including outlook, word, excel, etc.; and
- Ability to proficiently and professionally maintain calendars, manage meeting logistics, schedule and manage travel, and assemble meeting preparation materials.
- Coordinate and prepare travel arrangements and reimbursements in the WebRTA
- Bachelors degree and one (1) year of experience in administrative positions, Associates degree and Three (3) years of administrative experience, OR five ( 5) years of experience in administrative positions or related roles.
- Experience/proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to start
- Must be able to remain stationary for up to 50% of the time
- Regular use of computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copier, and printer
- Frequent communication with coworkers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
