    Job Description

    This job role sits within the Voice of the Customer (VOC) Team that is responsible for conducting interviews with Buy Side senior finance and treasury professionals across EMEA. The Field Operations Associate will contribute towards achieving a higher number of interview responses for syndicated and/or outsourced research projects. This role will provide timely and expedient administrative support including but not limited to the following teams: Executive Interviewers, Relationship Development, Field Strategy and Vendor Management. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and can take responsibility in executing administrative tasks and duties that ultimately improve our fielding operations.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Support in implementation and tracking of major VoC Operations initiatives such as Salesforce adoption, EI communication & Training.
    • EI capacity management and review reports for accuracy.
    • Support activities related to assignments and reassignments of field work.
    • Executive Interviewers support: working to manage Technology issues, contract renewals, contact detail updates etc.
    • Field support: preparing fielding materials ready for field launch e.g. facility reference guide, helping tracking and following up with input from clients, inputting contact information into our client database, following up on recordings.
    • Support Risk and control framework coordination with the central teams in India
    • Ad-hoc tasks to help support fielding activities.

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • Degree level
    • Experienced in Microsoft Excel (required) and Qliksense (beneficial)
    • Good communication skills, proactive, hands on and diligent.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Result-oriented approach to tasks
    • Years of years of experience of administrative support or management of contractors
    • Experience with large, international organisations and interacting with other departments.
