- Supporting logistics and coordinating both internal and external activities.
- Managing and inputting data into platforms like MailChimp and Every Action, including list swaps and weekly list segmentation.
- Monitoring program contracts, handling renewals and extensions, and serving as the primary contact for facilitating program contracts and event planning.
- Creating Run of Show documents for events lacking scripting and tracking attendee data and participation rates.
- Collecting and tracking data on participation and evaluations of key activities.
- Organizing and managing organizational drives and archives.
- Planning and executing administrative and logistical aspects of gatherings, webinars, and events for supporters and volunteers.
- Tracking invoice submissions to ensure accuracy with contracts.
- Providing support for meetings, events, and funder briefings as required.
- Ensuring compliance with program regulations.
- Collecting, analyzing data, and preparing reports as necessary.
- Conducting background research to inform campaigns and future event strategy.
- Drafting Memos for internal use based on research findings.
- Previous experience in nonprofit administration or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at multitasking, and keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in providing scheduling support.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for developing effective strategies.
- Extremely high attention to detail and a commitment to excellence and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a creative and innovative team.
