Responsibilities:

As an office-based Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator, most of your time will be spent managing logistics and coordinating wine deliveries for our wholesale and retail clients.

As your knowledge of our wines and operations improve, your responsibilities will grow to work with both our retail and wholesale teams to tackle all the daily challenges that come with our fast-growing business.

We are looking for problem solvers who are curious and proactive. Our environment is collaborative, and all opinions are valued, especially during this chapter of growth.

Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in the wine industry and/or logistics & supply chain management.

Comfort "wearing a number of different hats"-multitasking to take care of your daily responsibilities

An ability to provide outstanding customer service - specifically, through cheerful communication with others, especially when solving problems.

Excellent communication skills, especially in writing, and extraordinary attention to detail.

Flexibility to work early/late/overtime as needed, especially during busy shipping seasons (Q4)

Other helpful skills

A strong interest (or even passion) for well-made wine

Experience working with shipping carriers and understanding of wine-shipping specifics

Working knowledge of enterprise software and/or Warehouse Management Systems.
