Job Summary and Qualifications
JOB SUMMARY
This role leads the development and execution of HealthTrust's "Insurance, Human Resources & Pharmacy" (IHP) group purchasing portfolio. This includes setting the strategic direction for the acute care (in-patient) pharmacy GPO sourcing operations and oversight of the Pharmacy Services group. In addition, this role sets strategic direction for management of HealthTrust's portfolio of HR and employee benefits contracts, including the Pharmacy Benefits Management offering to GPO members. This unique role will optimize the opportunities and synergies between the 15B of in-patient and out-patient spend managed in the HealthTrust GPO portfolio. This leader will also serve as the SME in interacting with prospective GPO members, senior healthcare executives, supply chain leaders, pharmacy leaders, and HR executives & brokers. This leadership position will be responsible for managing and functioning as a liaison between the company and all third-party and channel partner relationships to facilitate the growth of the IHP portfolio.
