Digital Farming & Food Tech Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

You identify, analyze, and communicate digital trends in the agriculture and food industry.
You coordinate Bitkom's activities in the fields of agriculture and food tech in collaboration with our member companies.
You are responsible for organizing and developing the Agriculture Working Group and the Food Tech Roundtable.
You build and expand an existing network of agricultural and digital companies, startups, academia, civil society, and politics, and promote exchange between stakeholders.
You monitor political processes in the agriculture and food sector, develop positions in collaboration with our members, and represent them to policymakers and in expert committees.
You handle media inquiries in collaboration with our press department.
You design innovative event formats such as conferences, discussions, or networking events.

Your profile:

You are passionate about new technological developments in the agriculture and food industry and want to actively drive digitalization in these areas.
You want to develop as a digital expert in the field of agriculture and food and have an interest in current events in German and European agricultural policy.
You are proactive and have a handson mentality.
You have an aboveaverage degree in a relevant field, such as agriculture, politics, administration, economics
