The Zehlendorf tax office is looking for a
Head of Department for Tax Auditing and a
Department Head for Tax Auditing (m/f/d) with the following reference number: SenFin III 42/24.


Salary group:

A 14.


Available:

Immediately (permanent).


Full-time with 40 hours per week (part-time employment is possible).


Formal requirements
:


  • Only civil servants who meet the legal and career requirements for the second entry level of career group 2 for the tax administration service and have experience as a department head in a tax office are eligible for this position.

Professional requirements
:


  • Adequate general knowledge in the field of tax law, basic IT knowledge, management of the department using the tools of the "New Berlin Management Model" while considering gender mainstreaming, knowledge of the structure and processes in tax offices, and specific knowledge in the advertised main department.

Non-professional requirements
:


  • Performance behavior: time management, independence, effectiveness of actions, communication skills, resilience/stress tolerance, ability to adapt to change, organizational skills, ability to think and act in a networked manner, representational skills including verbal competence, loyalty.
