As part of our growth, we are looking for reinforcements in the Knauf Interfer Group.


Your responsibilities:

  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring modern slitting, crosscutting, and winding machines
  • Ensuring product quality and output
  • Reporting production progress or orders directly to the management
  • Leading a small team
  • Independently monitoring production processes and conducting PCbased monitoring
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards and documenting them

Your profile:

  • Completed technical training, ideally as a machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic, or with technical understanding as a career changer
  • Experience in operating machines
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Strong sense of responsibility for the team, product, and machines
  • Solutionoriented work style and flexibility
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
