    The Role
    The role is Remote (WFH), but given the focus on client relationships and growth, should be local to Sydney.

    We are seeking a versatile manager with a background in technology to support our existing business and team across Australia/New Zealand (1/3), advance our client relationships in the market and region in collaboration with our broader Asia team (1/3), and seek new and exciting opportunities to develop our regional business (1/3).

    These focus areas are complementary and overlapping but serve as guideposts for key objectives of the role.
    Support existing business and team across Australia & New Zealand
    Manage and support our existing Solution Assessment team in-region. This is a mature, highly capable team of professionals with well-established process and delivery methodology. The Manager's function is to provide local support and stakeholder interface, enabling the team's success and growth.

    Solution Assessment is a technical presales function in which our consultants engage with Microsoft-designated end-customers to collect infrastructure data and advise on cloud opportunity.

    Advance client relationships in the market and region in collaboration with our broader Asia team
    Our Microsoft clients & stakeholders range from ANZ-local, to Asia regional and beyond.

    The Manager will collaborate closely with our Asia leadership team to advance our client relationships across these, ensuring the continuity and growth of our existing businesses while seeking new opportunities, and reinforcing the Inviso brand.

    While growth of our regional Solution Assessment practice is a focus, we seek to diversify our offerings in market and will look to the manager to partner with Asia leadership in uncovering, defining, and acting on these opportunities.

    Initially, identification of these opportunities will be largely organic and consequent to the client relationships that serve as a major role focus.

    Longer-term, a more proactive exploration of potential opportunities will be called for.

    Demonstrating our expertise in Microsoft technology and engaging in planning and ideation around how our services can support Microsoft's objectives in landing leading-edge technologies in the market, will be key.


    Successful applicants will have:


    5+ years of practical experience in the extended Microsoft ecosystem (as FTE, Vendor, or Partner), ideally with experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft Cloud solutions, demonstrating expertise across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Solutions.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences, position offerings, solutions, and value proposition to potential new customers.

    2+ years of people management experience.
    Demonstrated ability to manage the timely delivery of a portfolio of multiple, complex projects concurrently.
    Self-direction and a focus on quality, with the ability to apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives.

    Additional desired skills & experience:


    Strong preference for applicants who have worked with the Microsoft Solution Assessment team in the ANZ or greater Asia/APAC markets.

    Familiarity with Assessment tools such as Azure Migrate, QS Solutions CSAT, Lab3 Dr. Migrate, Block64, etc.
