About this position:

Ready to join Wells Fargo's team as a Treasury Management Sales Consultant within Global Treasury Management, focusing on critical Enterprise Functions like Enterprise Finance, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Legal, and Strategy, Digital and Innovation Group portfolios.

Overview:

Collaborate with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role to achieve annual sales goals and targets by strategizing to retain and expand existing relationships
Analyze and evaluate operational tasks within Treasury Management Sales using independent judgement for medium-risk deliverables
Make recommendations for complex situations, demonstrating expertise in function, policies, procedures, and compliance
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive Treasury Management Sales objectives

Mandatory Qualifications, US:

2+ years of experience in Treasury Management Sales or equivalent demonstrated through a mix of work experience, training, military service, or education

Mandatory Qualifications, International:

Background in Treasury Management Sales or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in selling treasury management products or services
Ability to form partnerships and collaborate across different business areas
Proven track record in a multi-tiered sales environment
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Power Point

Job Expectations:

Travel requirement of up to 40%

Pay Range
$73,100 - $155,900.00
