Job DescriptionSalary:

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specializing in mental health issues. We deliver measurable treatment outcomes to our patients promptly and affordably.

We are building a complete ecosystem of solutions and apps for mental health issues to make people happy. Working at MEDvidi means that you are both building a commercially viable product and making a real, measurable impact on people's lives.

Responsibilities

Lead our marketing department, which includes Demand Generation (Paid, Organic, Social), Web development, Social and Creative teams;
Lead our brand transformation to become a trusted brand in the healthcare market;
Scale our acquisition from thousands of patients to tens of thousands of patients per month in an economically viable way;
Manage, hire, coach, and reorganize marketing team in a way that achieves outcomes;
Build transparent processes in the marketing department to provide async way for other stakeholders to understand the inner workings of it;
Implement a strategic, goal-setting and reviewing framework for the marketing department;
Establish a trusted working relationship with other departments, including product, medical operations and support;
Identify strategic opportunities for us to deploy marketing investment with high ROI.

Requirements

8+ years in marketing-related roles, ideally spanning multiple domains (Demand Generation, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing automation), at least half of which in a startup or a tech company;
3+ years in marketing leadership roles with full ownership over traffic acquisition, web development & optimisation (LPs; CRO) and brand marketing in a startup or a tech company;
Experience working with marketplace products is a significant plus;
Experience working with marketing budgets of at least half a million USD per month;
Previous cases of significant marketing achievements related to scaling acquisition 10x;
Experience in developing brand strategy and executing it with measurable outcomes;
Experience in driving process improvement in the marketing department;
Structured approach to problem-solving;
Ability to roll up the sleeves and get into details if necessary.
