Role DescriptionTechnical Program Managers (TPMs) play a meaningful role at Salesforce in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Technology & Products organizations.
TPMs are responsible for programs through from beginning to end, ensuring a better workflow and more effective communication. They work closely with executives and key company partners to drive critical programs and activities across the companyThe Senior TPM in Service Cloud will be responsible for driving cross-functional and technical efforts in support of the Service Cloud's product roadmap.
This person will collaborate with senior team members across Service Cloud on a regular basis to ensure the timely completion of program deliverables and mitigation of risks.
In addition to driving the delivery of our product roadmap, this role will drive and contribute to various programs across Service Cloud.
The Sr.TPM will help to plan, coordinate, and complete the vision for their programs, drive executive alignment, and keep all advised on progress.
Planning projects, defining milestones, assessing risks, crafting practical insights, creating processes, and working with multiple teams to ensure dependencies are known and the projects meet deadlines is all in a day's work.
