    The Opportunity:
    We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Global Brand Partnerships to join our team.

    This role is perfect for someone with a passion for building relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and shaping the future of brand partnerships.

    With a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in partnership management, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Development:


    Spearhead the development and execution of strategic brand partnerships and programs across multiple industries, ensuring alignment with our core values and business objectives.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:


    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative departments, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.


    Account Management :

    Foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners, providing exceptional support and ensuring mutual success through effective account management practices.


    Market Analysis :

    Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities for innovation, and potential partnerships that can enhance our brand presence and engagement.


    Program Activation:


    Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing activations related to brand partnerships, ensuring they are on-brand, impactful, and deliver on set objectives.


    Performance Metrics:


    Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and strategic programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.


    Key Requirements:

    Experience:
    Significant experience in professional sports marketing, or global brand partnerships, strategic program management, or related fields.


    Leadership:
    Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes partnerships with multi-million dollar licensing and marketing budgets.


    Communication:
    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for negotiating and building rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership, staff and end consumers.


    Media & Presentation Skills:


    With a background in television, social media, modeling and/or public appearances, the ideal candidate should possess exceptional media and presentation skills, capable of confidently hosting podcasts, engaging in in-stadium activations, and representing our brand in TV or streaming interviews.

    Your ability to connect with diverse audiences, articulate ideas compellingly, and maintain poise in the spotlight will be invaluable in elevating our brand's presence and engaging with our community on multiple platforms.


    Bilingual/Bicultural Expertise:


    Given our consumer focus, and expansive partnerships that transcend borders, including those with international sports brands (MLS, MLB, WWE, Real Madrid), airlines, international banks, we highly value candidates with a bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural background that can help us deliver an authentic connection with our brand partners and end-consumers.

    Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
