Job Overview:

A Brighter Year is looking to hire a part time marketing assistant for our fast growing e-commerce brand.

  • Be motivated to meet KPI goals across all marketing and sales channels.
  • Be a strong copywriter who has the ability to capture the brand's story and voice to build brand awareness and brand loyalty.
  • Be willing to research social media trends, have the knowledge to edit social media content and to write strong social media captions to drive sales and increase brand awareness for continued growth on social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
  • Have a deep understanding of SEO, and be able to research and implement key SEO terms on blogs and product listings across all our sales platforms.
  • Assist in creating and implementing online campaigns.
  • Support the team by coordinating product launches and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Ability to research and track customer journeys through all marketing channels to know where customers are coming from and who are converting to paying customers.
  • The ability to build brand awareness and partnership for B2B sales growth through LinkedIn and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience managing advertising sales and performance marketing initiatives is a bonus, but not necessary.
  • Graphic design skills are a a bonus, but not necessary.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in Google tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of performance marketing strategies
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently

Office hours are 8:30-3 Monday-Thursday and 8: on Friday. We do request that everyone work in the office 4 days a week, with one work from home flex day available.


All employees are given 5 days PTO for their first year plus paid holidays. Additional PTO is granted in year two with the company or for superior performance.


Quarterly Bonuses are provided to all employees based on performance.
