- Support the brand vision and strategy into a pipeline of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive user acquisition by scale product offering and optimize marketing efficiency
- Understand the market needs, and deeply identify with the customers in order to provide a world-class customer experience.
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the category, including roadmap maintenance
- Manage the product lifecycle (from idea to end of life)
- Maintain constant pulse of market landscape including consumer needs, competition and brand position
- Collects ideas, feedback and consumer insights to help inform existing and future products
- Skillfully lead and motivate (without direct supervision) cross-functional teams to bring to market products on time, on budget and at the highest possible and best-in-class quality standards that have made GODIRECTINC brands successful
- Be the go-to-market champion for new product introductions, which includes engaging and organizing the entire organization at some level to help successfully introduce new products
- Work closely with merchandising, marketing, sales and creative teams on product assets and campaigns, which includes briefing needs, contributing/consulting to creative process, reviewing and approving product collateral
- Jumpstarting new growth opportunities (e.g. new markets, new products, new partnerships)
- Establish the product vision, goals and key business metrics/indicators (KPIs) for success
- Define customer and product requirements, and clearly communicate and coordinate the requirements to the development team and other stakeholders
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Manage external partners and deliverables in order to meet product goals
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams (Product Design, Digital Graphic, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, and Operation) to unique user experiences for market consumer electronic product and accessories
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineering, design, operations, marketing, merchandising. You'll drive product definition, strategy, and long term vision for unique product positioning how we scale them and why.
- Lead the Product Development Process
- Works with global suppliers to meet corporate target margin goals
- Research & identify new suppliers to grow unique product positioning
- Work with Finance team lead to ensure project/program/category health considering revenue and profit goals.
- 5 years of demonstrable successes in global consumer product management, product marketing, or brand management for consumer products. 5 years experience in managing Audio, Video PC/Networking
- BS degree, MS preferred, in Mechanical Engineering or Product Design
- Is product passionate, and possesses a strong desire to invent great market fit products that solve user needs
- Has a proven track record of developing innovative consumer products in a range of industries
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically with a general management orientation

The Product Manager is a critical leader and contributor to the company strategy and execution of improvements to GODIRECTINC microbrands customers' experiences.
We are looking for a talented Product Manager who will be responsible for product line contribution as a business unit, extending from increasing engagement, satisfaction and usage of existing products to developing new products. This is a key strategic role that must work to align appropriate organizational units to accomplish the tactics in support of the strategies.
Product Manager will help support the development of new products, platforms and packaging for the business unit. Will cultivate consumer insights, market data and trends that help their business unit identify opportunities to grow Private Brands. A key member of their business unit, this person will work within their team to understand customer needs, create innovative products and lead a significant portion of the development process.
Be the internal and external expert in designated product line, which may include training staffers, presenting to key dealers, show and articulate product benefits to agency partners, industry writers/editors and always be the champion for designated products
