Description

• Maintain and regularly update brand site.
• Knowledge of handling backend
• Optimize sales and maximize conversion rates.
• Analyze internal data and web analytics.
• Plan advertising campaigns, including recommending media channels and product promotion partners.
• Oversight of social media channels.

• Development and implementation of sales & promotional calendar.
• Partner with social, influencer marketing and ecommerce teams to develop initiatives promoting awareness and driving sales to the site.
• Manage and update website's front end and. mobile app.
• Monitor website's KPIs, analyze performance on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities and trends for continuous improvement.
• Develop growth strategies for web & marketing to increase revenue.
• Recommend improvements of existing onsite programs using data and information gained from A/B testing, list segmentation, SEO, product recommendation, crossselling and user discovery.

• Experience in E-Commerce management for accessories and/or apparel.
• Creative & technical skills to maintain and regularly update brand site.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes and thrive in a deadlinedriven environment.
• Robust analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to create content (eblasts, do website updates, etc.)
• 3/5 years of experience in similar role
• Understanding of advertising on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
