The role:


  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention within the city.
  • Be accountable for the Wombi brand and identity within the city, ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives and retail channels.
  • Create compelling content for online and offline platforms, collaborating with the design team to produce visually appealing materials aligned with the brand. Photography, video, writing, etc.
  • Oversee Wombi's social media and online presence within the city, engaging with customers and further developing the Wombi brand online.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local ambassadors, influencers, and stakeholders to expand brand reach and drive customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement marketing and relationship building strategies to expand our rider network and increase engagement within the local community.
  • Plan and execute engaging events, rides, and gatherings to promote brand awareness and encourage community participation.
  • Manage relationships with sponsors and leverage partnerships to enhance event experiences and brand visibility.
  • Curate and amplify usergenerated content from brand ambassadors and community members to showcase authentic experiences and stories.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics related to community engagement, partnership effectiveness, and event success, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Your background:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in marketing/advertising roles with a focus on creative development, management and execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Expertise in social media management and creative development for key platforms.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing communities, both online and offline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Passion for sustainability, biking, and overall urban mobility is a plus.
