    Job Title:

    Director of Operations - PA IDD Service Line

    Company Overview:

    Join our team at Resources for Human Development, a leading organization committed to providing quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    Reports to:

    Chief Program Officer - IDD

    Location:

    Philadelphia, PA

    Position Overview:

    As the Director of Operations for the PA IDD Service Line, you will play a key role in overseeing quality systems and operational functions to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Collaborating closely with the Service Line Director, you will lead essential initiatives and contribute to policy development within the agency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide training to supervisees and managers on documentation systems
    • Oversee Medicaid enrollment processes and billing authorizations
    • Support program compliance and implementation of new initiatives
    • Lead incident data analysis and outcomes management
    • Participate in internal and external committees and advocacy programs
    • Develop and maintain operational procedures for the IDD Service Line

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in a Human Services field or equivalent
    • 6+ years of experience in supporting individuals with disabilities
    • 3+ years of managerial experience in human services
    • Strong communication, written, and time management skills
    • Knowledge of IDD services, particularly in Pennsylvania

    Working Conditions:

    Occasional evening and weekend work, overnight travel may be required.

    Lifting Requirements:

    Light physical exertion up to 20 pounds.

    Direct Supervisor: Chief Program Officer

    Salary Range:

    $91,000 - $95,000
