    Title: Logistics Account Executive Departments: Business Development

    Reports to: Location General Manager Type: Base + Commission

    General Summary:

    Exxact Express is excited to announce it is now hiring for positions in its Logistics Sales Teams in Dayton, OH, Lakeland, and Tampa, FL. We are looking for experienced supply chain sales executives, with a strong enterprising spirit and a demonstrated record of success, to help drive enterprise growth through our asset and 3PL-based business model.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate new opportunities and convert your existing business into new growth opportunities for the enterprise and personal compensation.
    • Supply exceptional cradle to grave sales, account management, and thought leadership practices.
    • Function as an intermediary between your customers and carrier base to ensure peak performance.
    • Develop carrier scorecards and align them to customer KPIs to ensure best performance.
    • Facilitate periodic business reviews to ensure alignment of customers' KPI and propose process improvement solutions.
    • Win trust and build credibility as a trusted advisor to all customer stakeholders.
    • Interact courteously, promptly, and professionally with internal departments to satisfy customer issues and/or process exceptions to normal guidelines (including, but not limited to shipping, pricing, scheduling, credit, and accounting).
    • Utilize all necessary internal applications, including, but not limited to: Zoom, McLeod, Hubspot, Hubtek, PC Miler, Internet, e-mail, Word and Excel.

    Qualifications:

    • Exceptional ability to multitask and interact with different business partners and units.
    • Extraordinary sense of urgency when completing tasks, transactions, and resolving issues
    • Strong networking and teamwork orientation.
    • Desire to win and drive personal and enterprise growth.

    Education and Experience

    • 4-year degree from an accredited College/University (Preferred)
    • Demonstrated 2-3 years' Freight Brokerage Sales experience required.
    • Experience with McLeod TMS (preferred)
