    We are currently seeking a

    Commercial Lines Department Manager

    to join our team. This full-time position offers a

    competitive salary

    ranging between

    $60,000 and $90,000 , with additional bonuses based on department performance. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in managing a successful team to provide tailored insurance solutions to our clients while contributing to our agency's growth and success.     Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule

    Responsibilities
    Train and coach new and existing staff.
    Meeting with ownership to discuss plans and strategies.
    Create goals and expectations for staff.
    Provide support with escalated client situations.
    Implement strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
    Marketing efforts to obtain and retain complex clientele scenarios.
    Additional management responsibilities will apply.

    Requirements

    Must have an active North Carolina Property and Casualty License and 7 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience to be considered for this position.

    Must have knowledge of Applied Management system, and preferably Applied/EPIC.
    Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
    Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
    Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
    Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Collaborative and supportive team leader who fosters a positive work environment.
    Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability in tasks.
