- You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with Drill Fitters, Heavy Duty Diesel Fitters, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers and Servicepeople for FIFO roles with our client base of Tier 1&2 Mining Companies and Contractors
- Utilising a variety of sourcing and recruitment methods to attract, identify and onboard relevant candidates
- Ability to work within a small team environment
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, from a blue-collar background, within the mining industry, with a strong track record in finding and engaging with candidates and managing high volume recruitment projects
- We are looking for a recruiter with hunger and drive to succeed, with the ability to build good relationships, gain candidate control and work independently as well as part of a team
- Bonus paid monthly with NO minimum threshold
- 7:30am to 3:30pm OR 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday work hours
- Osborne Park location free parking, near Glendalough train station
