    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both healthcare and project management, with the ability to effectively lead multidisciplinary teams to successful project completion.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
    2. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, administrators, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
    3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT specialists, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders, to execute project tasks efficiently and achieve project milestones.
    4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor project progress and promptly address any deviations from the plan.
    5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting thorough reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    6. Communication: Facilitate clear and transparent communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key decisions.
    7. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and other relevant artifacts, to support project governance and ensure accountability.
    8. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, project management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven experience managing complex projects in a healthcare setting, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving project objectives.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software applications, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
