Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care activities
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
  • Manage medical office tasks such as appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
  • Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and messages
  • Support medical receptionist duties as needed
  • Process order entries and maintain inventory records
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions
  • Computerize medical information accurately
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all communications

Skills:


  • Proficiency in Google Suite for documentation and communication
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous
  • Ability to perform order entry accurately
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial transactions
  • Competency in computerized systems for managing healthcare information
  • Excellent phone etiquette to provide professional communication

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
