    The Opportunity:
    To grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside.

    Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization such as through a merger or split-up, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.

    That's why we need you, a management consultant who can analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.

    As a general management consultant on our team, you'll develop an overall picture of your client's structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

    On our team, you'll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and analysts to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement.

    Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you'll work on a path forward with senior decision-makers.

    You Have:
    3+ years of experience working in a professional environment
    2+ years of experience with

    policy , or strategic planning development
    1+ years of experience drafting senior-level corresp ond ence and materials, including briefings, congressional reports, read-aheads, and talking points
    Knowledge of Micro sof t Office Suite, leveraging tools to create client-ready products for clients, including presentations, decision briefings, and memos
    Ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
    Secret clearance
    Bachelor's degree
    Nice If

    You Have:
    Experience as a DoD action officer
    Experience with the DoD's Corresp ond ence and Task Management System

    ( CATMS )
    Experience with the DoD issuance process
    Experience representing the client at or leading governance forums
    Experience developing strategy with a future focus that guides activities of an organization and incorporates the vision and long-term goals of leadership
    Knowledge of DoD operational and administrative chains of command, including relationships between the various Defense Offices, Military Services, and Defense Agencies and Field Activities
    Knowledge of cybersecurity and information te chn ology concepts
    Possession of strong writing and communication skills
    Possession of strong critical thi nk ing and analytical skills

    Clearance:
    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
