InfoSec Analyst - MID

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly

Place of Performance: Herbert R. Temple Jr. Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC), Arlington, VA and the Pentagon

Celestar Corporation, a company which proudly provides 100% of employee health care premiums, is seeking an All-Source Analyst - MID: INFOSEC to support the National Guard Bureau J2.

Duties:

Conduct background research and gap analysis on Government best practices involving the procedures required for the development of operational functions regarding INFOSEC.
Provide various drafts (emails, memorandums, articles, etc...) of routine revisions of DoD INFOSEC, classification, and declassification procedures for Government review.
Provide drafts of routine provisions of DoD classification and declassification procedures for Government review and incorporation into a Chief National Guard Bureau Manual (CNGBM) on INFOSEC to include OCA.
Conduct background research and gap analysis on Government best practices involving the procedures required for the development and maintenance of standard text and protocols for Government Security Classification Guides (SCGs).
Assist in oversight, training and quality control checks of and execution for the NGB JS and JFHQ-S.
Create draft-training materials and draft training syllabi on the proper exercise of classification and declassification authority policy and guidance.
Contractor shall facilitate INFOSEC training for approximately 1600 National Guard Bureau staff members
Maintain awareness of trained individuals in both NGB Joint Staff and the 54 and report to the government deficiencies bi-annually and prior to compilation of the Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO) report.
Review as required, requests for classification and declassification against Executive Orders and DoDMs.
Analyze the routine and standard procedures for the exercise of classification and declassification authority and provide draft recommendations on a quarterly basis or as required.
Provide quarterly drafts of mandatory reports of NGB classification and declassification actions to the NGB-J24. This report shall outline a running total of classification and declassification actions.
Contractor shall attend OCA-related working groups, steering committees, and the like. Meetings can occur ad-hoc with prior advance notice given.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion performing relevant duties in the past 2 years

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree
