Personal Qualifications:

We are seeking a motivated individual to provide financial management support to one of our NAVSEA customers. Pantheon has an opening for a mid-level Financial Analyst to support an active contract with the U.S. Navy. NAVSEA experience is a plus.

Provide continuous financial support.
Work with various performers to support the financial plans for the upcoming fiscal year.
Serve as a liaison between the technical team and the financial group.
Track financial metrics, such as obligations.
Review cost estimates.
Review NEPS TIPS data submission, ERP planning data, and generate consolidated spending plan.

Skills Required:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent quantitative and analytical skills with considerable growth potential.

Have strong leadership and problemsolving skills to assist with the daily operation of the program office.
Have a current or active DoD Secret security clearance.
Have a Bachelors
Have 7 years of experience with Navy acquisition and submarine programs, or related fields.
Have experience with risk assessment applied to program management.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proven excellent interpersonal skills.
Have the ability to multitask effectively.
Have the ability to pay attention to details and to work based on available data and not guesswork.
Have the ability to use the entire Microsoft Office Suite effectively, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Have the ability to solve problems.
Have experience as a project manager.
Have the ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
Bachelor's degree required.
