    Description

    Join one of the top Food & Beverage manufacturers, celebrated for its iconic brands and commitment to quality. This industry leader is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Maintenance to champion TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in the facility.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of Maintenance leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry
    • TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) expertise including designing, implementing, and ensuring TPM post-implementation success across departments
    • Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, HPO (High Performance Organization), Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventative Maintenance (PM)
    • Experience with Union facilities
    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
