    Responsibilities:

    • Compose factual, persuasive, creative, and timely content that motivates and captivates target audiences.
    • Spot new and engaging content opportunities, conduct research, and pitch ideas.
    • Conduct interviews, maintain client tone and voice consistency across all content, and collaborate with various teams.
    • Stay abreast of daily news stories, edit and review materials, and manage the approval process.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferably a bachelor's degree.
    • 1-3 years of proven experience in writing for websites, publications, or communications agencies.
    • Strong news judgment, a writing passion, and a commitment to liberal ideals.
    • Thorough understanding of free market principles and public policy issues.
    • Initiative, collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
    • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in analyzing complex topics and aligning projects with organizational vision.
    • Experience in proofreading and editing as per AP style guidelines.
    • Ability to drive projects to successful completion within deadlines.
