- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes.
- Ability to multi-task between assignments and prioritize workload.
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be detail oriented and maintain a clean/organized production area at all times
- Must be a team player and self
- motivated
- Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours a day including bending, reaching, climbing, etc.

Primary job responsibility is production oversight of oil plant operations for Adams Vegetable Oils seed processing and oil refining plant.
Focus is providing effective and efficient implementation of dependable ongoing plant operations. Program structure includes strong emphasis on productivity, food quality, and an absolute commitment to industrial safety at all times.Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Monitor Plant efficiencies (production output, yields, process supplies usage). Play critical role in suggesting and developing routine protocol for standard operations. Makes onsite decisions during non-standard operations. Provide inputs into preventive maintenance program. Develop shift production reports for management. Maintain operations sanitation schedules and records. Ensure operation is compliant with Safety and Food Safety Requirements. Monitor operations for potential Safety and Food Safety hazards on regular basis. Champions Safety and food safety programs. Participates in monthly safety meetings. Works off shifts (Swing and Graveyard) on ongoing regular basis.
