What We Are Looking For
This multi-faceted position is responsible for supporting the marketing team (marketing director, product management and marketing services) through the coordination and execution of a variety of marketing projects, requests, administrative tasks, supporting dealer programs, and managing requests for collateral, sales tools, and corporate web-site content.
Coordination and support of vendor related projects, training support and event management are key in this position.Responsible to create and maintain the integrity of the communications process to core audiences: Manage project timelines, changes to projects and content, and flow to support all marketing activities in line with the department's expectations.
Execute effective publication/distribution and feedback methods. Ensure consistency of these functions/tasks. Coordinate and ensure execution of tasks on limited or tight deadlines.Responsible to support collateral requests and alerts including print and online collateral, direct mail, sales tools, and online advertising. Cost-effectively drive deliverables to execution while utilizing and coordinating all resources through the process.
Responsible to support web site/micro site content by coordinating international region requests. Coordinate local translation/adaptation as required. Initiate new content/creative requirements, where designated. Ensure campaign integration with key web elements following corporate and department guidelines.
Responsible to coordinate and handle Quality Assurance requests for Literature review and other form related activities; including filing and updating folders with new literature elements.
Responsible to support lead creative activities with direct mail, electronic direct mail, newsletters, and online program integration. Provide writing, editing, and proofreading as well as coordinating for various advertising elements. Coordinate with Kulzer where necessary.
Responsible to support marketing services by assisting with production of graphics, giveaways, signage as required.
Responsible to coordinate internal and external business meetings, including sales meetings, trainings, and tradeshow events.
Responsible to support public relations efforts, unique/customer regional/field requests, other organization requests.
