    About The Team:


    The Product Management team at Rubrik drives Rubrik's vision forward, ensuring we continue to secure the world's data by delivering on our market-leading platform to address our customers' most challenging data management & security needs.

    Our Product Managers are responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams towards the goal of shipping high-quality products on time.

    We wear multiple hats throughout the different stages in the product lifecycle and set the vision for our growing family of products.

    As advocates for both our users and our business, Product Managers balance varied perspectives and empower their teams to do great work.


    About the Role:
    Rubrik is looking for a Sr. Director of Product, reporting to the CPO, to manage the Platform product management team.

    In addition to collaborating effectively with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other parts of the product team, this leader will be responsible for the entirety of Rubrik's platform which supports data security across on premise, cloud, and SaaS environments.

    The ideal candidate will blend together strategic thinking with tactical execution.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop a strong POV on how our platform can accelerate adoption of our product suite and drive meaningful retention, upsell, and cross-sell of our suite
    • Own the strategy and execution of Ruby, our Generative AI Assistant to enable faster adoption and higher engagement of our security products across our customer base
    • Own last mile completion of Rubrik's Cloud Transformation Strategy
    • Own our Technical Alliances Program strategy
    • Partner effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales leadership to iterate and execute on the strategy you define
    • Keep finger on the pulse of market trends, technology trends and emerging competition

    Required Skills and Background:

    • Strong track record and building an owning a horizontal platform team that drives innovation and growth across a portfolio of products
    • Respected leader within your organization. People who have worked for you and with you want to follow you.
    • Experience with hybrid-cloud deployed solutions a pluse
    • Experience being a product executive sponsor for large customer accounts
    • Ideally have experience identifying and executing strategic partnerships
    • Respected partner to sales, engineering, design and other adjacent functions

    The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits.

    The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location.

    Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    US Pay Range
    $258,400—$360,600 USD
