    The UCLA Training, Intervention, Education, and Services (TIES) for Families program is seeking to hire a part-time Community Resource Coordinator.

    The TIES for Families program is an interdisciplinary program dedicated to optimizing the growth and development of foster/adoptive children from birth to age 26, and their families.

    You will provide a variety of support to the program staff and clients.


    Primary duties include:
    – Provide referrals and linkages to appropriate community resources and services including recreation, health, and wellbeing resources. – Participate in community outreach, team, and community meetings and trainings – Assess resource needs of individuals and families – Facilitate client development by linking clients and family members to greater services, resources, and supports – Assist in data collection and research – Additional responsibilities include maintaining an internal program repository of community resources and programs. Please note this is a limited position that may convert to career.
