Human Resources Admin/Coordinator's Primary Job Responsibilities (not limited to the following):- Knowledge of California leave laws to ensure adequate processing of FMLA/CFRA/PDL & others.
- Knowledge of California workers compensation laws and processes including Safety & OSHA standards to assist staff and managers with workrelated injuries, incidents, and required safety practices.
- Establish and maintain crossfunctional relationships with HR functional partners and key stakeholders to ensure adequate recruitment efforts and partnerships.
- Facilitation skills to ensure the creation and performance of thorough and engaging orientation & onboarding sessions as well as other training sessions as required utilizing PowerPoint and related software.
- Partner with Director and IT to develop social media campaigns across all channels and engage with followers. Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained.
- Maintains accurate records to assist with monthly audits and reports for executive team.
- Resourceful with the ability to perform and ensure thorough employment verifications and organizational preemployment practices.
- Complete and process termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Excellent attention to detail to aid in processing and input of new hire documentation utilizing ADP & Timekeeping system.
- Process newly eligible employee benefits and partner with HR Team to coordinate Annual Open Enrollment.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create and construct employment contracts from templates.
- Support all internal and external HRrelated inquiries or requests.
- Maintain manual, digital, and electronic records of employees.
- Assist with performance management processes and procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Partner with Payroll to resolve pay issues, as needed.
Job Requirements/Evaluation Factors:
Additional Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (preferred) or 5+ years' direct HR experience if no degree.
- 23+ years of HR experience performing the job duties as listed above.
- California labor laws and employment regulations.
- Federal and State leave laws and related regulations.
- Workers' compensation, OSHA & Safety Standards & Guidelines.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in SHAREPOINT, Outlook & TEAMS, and related business and communication tools. Adobe, Excel, Word & PowerPoint are a MUST ADP is a PLUS.
- Comfortable with Online Meeting software: Zoom/TEAMS/GoogleMeet.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Attends and completes all required meetings and trainings as requested and assigned.
- Maintain acceptable background history and other requirements.
- Adhere to all OSHA, California Laws & FACT Policies and Procedures.
- Willing to work in the Century City office in person. This is not a remote position.

Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
