    Calgon Carbon, part of the Kuraray Company, is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team at the headquarters in Moon Township, PA.     Position: Treasury Operations Specialist
    Location: Headquarters - Moon Township, PA

    Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential for limited overtime hours


    The Treasury Operations Specialist role involves managing delinquent customer AR balances, focusing on disputed sales tax matters, analyzing orders on credit hold, and ensuring J-SOX critical control objectives are met.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Evaluation and recommendations for new customer credit applications
    • Annual review and adjustment of customer credit limits
    • Resolution of customer disputed sales tax matters
    • Preparation of monthly AR account status reports
    • Processing customer credit card payments
    • Issuance and management of corporate credit cards
    • Support for AP Finance Specialist and AR Collections Specialists
    • Ad-hoc financial analyses

    Qualifications:

    • Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit departments
    • 5-7 years of experience preferred
    • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Knowledge of SAP preferred
