    Description

    HITRUST is seeking an Integrated Marketing Programs Manager to participate in demand generation marketing campaign and program strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and reporting across marketing vehicles and disciplines for specific HITRUST target audiences. The role will work closely with stakeholders and peers to contribute to social media, email marketing, digital marketing, web, events, and PR to ensure integrated marketing approaches are employed. The Marketing team takes a hands-on approach to create positive impacts on sales pipeline. We are looking for a new team member who is led by data, loves to learn, who is team-oriented, and who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to do whatever work needs to be done, whether it is big-picture and strategic or more tactical.

    This position will be Hybrid (2 days/week) in the Frisco, Texas office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive end-to-end marketing strategy, program development, and campaign execution across all marketing vehicles
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand strategic priorities for the business, and create marketing programs to deliver results
    • Contribute to messaging development and marketing automation execution
    • Write and review copy for emails and other marketing assets
    • Understand integrated marketing initiatives
    • Plan, execute, measure, and iterate on marketing programs across disciplines and vehicles to help drive constant improvement and the best possible outcomes
    Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years in Technology B2B Marketing
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM system
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
    • Ability to execute and manage multiple complex marketing programs or campaigns simultaneously
    • Experience using a modern marketing automation platform
    Preferred Experience with the Following:
    • Cybersecurity experience
    • HubSpot Marketing Automation Platform
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • 6sense Account Based Marketing Platform
    • Product launch-related marketing
    • Vimeo Enterprise video editing
