    Program Manager/Delivery Manager Experience

    1. In depth understanding of project terminology and methodology
    2. Professional experience in IT infrastructure, as a Program Manager in cloud migration projects
    3. Extensive experience in handling cloud migration project.

    5. In depth Risk / Issue / Change Management knowledge
    6. Developing executive level PowerPoint presentations
    7. Expert skill using Microsoft Project to drive project execution and manage to critical path
    8. Experience in managing constrained schedules and resources in a rapidly evolving environment
    9. bility to understand interdependencies and can connect the dots on how one part of a project impacts another
    10. Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer. Hosting meetings, taking meeting notes, and documenting action items

    12. Organizing project goals / objectives into major streams of work with specific deliverables
    13. Develop and maintain lessons-learned inputs to the project repository for utilization on future programs
    14. Work closely with the Program Executive Sponsor, Operating Committee and Steering Committee to facilitate decisions necessary for delivery and to overcome barriers
    15. Resolve political, resource, budgeting, change, and legal issues affecting the program.

    Serves as a mentor/advisor/decision-maker to project managers for the program for issues related to corporate politics, external politics, client relations, governmental regulation, project quality, project risk, and safety.

    17. Oversee development of proposals and requests for proposals associated with the program.
