Responsibilities Identify and correct software defects assist administrative staff users with system capabilities. Perform technical system configuration and identify alternative solutions for software applications. Partner with Salesforce representatives for defect resolution as needed. Create and develop methods of system automation and subsequent integration with other systems.

Collaborate with the Systems Administrator to determine Salesforce CRM needs and goals for continuous improvement of company usage of the platform.

Effectively communicate through clear direct and respectful communication.
Requirement Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms including use of Apex SOQL Aura components and Lightning Web components. Expertise in organizationally accepted programming scripting markup languages and frameworks. Expertise in the usage of tools used for software development. Superb knowledge of the principles and patterns of system design. Expert in data analysis test design and test automation focusing on functional security and performance. Expert in the development of web services.
Key Skills Effective leadership interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams. Good knowledge of techniques for planning monitoring and controlling programmes.
