    Lead Product Manager
    - Opportunity to join a dynamic team shaping the future of a global platform for LGBTQ+ social dating apps
    - Contract to hire with the possibility of full-time employment
    - Remote position based on the east coast

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead product discovery, development, and launches
    • Drive product enhancements and new developments
    • Ensure efficiency for consistent outcomes
    • Collaborate with data teams to evaluate features' performance
    • Coordinate work hours across different time zones

    Requirements:
    • 5-7+ years of product management experience
    • Proficiency in roadmap management and writing epics/stories
    • Knowledge of tools like Figma, Productboard, MixPanel, and Google Suite
    • Experience in KPI metrics development and A/B testing
    • Passion for online dating and building connections
    • Ownership mentality and continuous improvement focus
    • Understanding of product ideation frameworks
    • Data-driven approach to product enhancement
    • Go-to-market strategy proficiency
    • Ability to drive projects to completion

    Bonus Skills:
    • Technical background in mobile app architecture
    • Experience with social or dating products
    • Knowledge of data research or consumer software
