- Assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence and obtaining necessary signatures from all parties as required
- Complete various legal documents, such as Board of Pharmacy license applications, credentialing, insurance, PBM & PSAO applications
- Complete via mail and/or fax submissions of legal correspondence
- Organize and maintain legal documents in various databases, including the contract management software, LicenseLogix, Smartsheet and SharePoint
- File formation of entities, including preparation of entity organizational documents
- Work with HR & Compliance with training and regulatory requirements
- Ongoing communication and coordination with personnel across various departments within the company
- Create organizing and tracking systems for legal / compliance departments
- Conduct market research for new pharmacy openings and pharmacy acquisition
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Health Care of Pharmacy Experience preferred but not required

Job DescriptionSummary: This position will serve as legal administrative support to the Sr. Legal Analyst and General Counsel. As a member of the legal team, the person is responsible for correspondence, communication, and effective completion of tasks to maintain legal adherence for Apotheco Pharmacy Group and its many related entities.
