Role Description
This is an internship role as a Legal Intern at Antelope Enterprise Holdings Limited. The Legal Intern will be responsible for tasks such as legal consulting, legal document preparation, and addressing legal issues.

This is an on-site role located in New York, NY, where the intern will be involved in day-to-day legal activities.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of law and legal issues.
Experience in legal consulting and legal document preparation.
Prior law firm/judicial internship or related internship experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Enrollment in an accredited law school or a recent law school graduate is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
