What will the Human Resources Specialist do?

Benefits administration for employees
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
Employee on-boarding/orientations
support employees in leaves of absence and compensation
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Implement new HR procedures for the department
Organize employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records
Resolving issues in a timely manner for all employees
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
