The Recruiting Specialist is highly organized and detail-oriented with expertise in highly effective communication and interview facilitation. They are the onsite representation of the Recruiting team. They will oversee interview scheduling, sourcing and Recruiting projects as needed. They will be directly supporting UP&E recruiting. They must be adept at decision-making as well as collaborating with others in an extremely fast-paced environment. They will Schedule interviews and meetings for relevant stakeholders. They will Communicate regularly with recruiting, candidates and hiring managers ensuring timely updates throughout the hiring process.They will assist with Assist in drafting official internal documents such as offer letters, change memos, performance management documents as needed.
They will assist with event coordination via recruiting, DEi and culture activations. They will Maintain and organize internal Recruiting files.Quals
